* The Limnaria Clubhouse hours are 10am to 6pm and normally open June to September inclusive each year. By the pool area there are male and female toilets, change rooms, showers and stores. For October to May inclusive use of the Paphos Gardens indoor pool area is available.
* Pool bar serves snacks and drinks, etc
* Tennis court on site next to car parking at rear and entry gained via the Limnaria Club facility. |

The kitchenette off the living room has an electric hob, oven, separate fridge and freezer, sink, etc and the usual range of kitchen appliances/gadgets, etc.
Bedrooms and living room have 3 speed pull cord "coolie" fans with lights. Separate pull cords for fan or light or both. The Sky dish on roof serves most channels via the Sky box in living room under television. |

Paphos airport - 20 minutes drive - local bus link to & from. Larnaca airport - approx 1.5-2 hours drive. Many car hire companies available locally. Taxi transfers to/from airport available on request (approx 30 euros) - local friendly company used, so can be 100% trusted. |

The apartments overlook the central courtyard area and being on top floor (first floor) has no noisy neighbours upstairs. It is quietly situated but there are many shops, bars and restaurants (tavernas) located a walk from the complex as is the historical harbour area and the Cosmopolitan Bar Street area. The Limnaria shopping centre, of various shop let units are scattered round the ground floor, are a stone throw away.
In the square / courtyard you have Monty's Cafe (great for snacks / breakfast), Joanne's hairdresser, Atlas supermarket which serves most needs at reasonable prices and various other outlets.
A money exchange shop is located on street side in Phase 2 along with a tours information shop and a laundry with snack/sandwich bar adjacent. The local "eatery" Yemen is excellent for food / drinks and likewise the Pagoda Chinese with the White Hart Pub across the road. A laundry is located near the back door of Atlas supermarket shop. Various snack bars / sandwich bars all nearby.
This area boasts over 250 different bars, restaurants, street cafes and clubs to suit everyones tastes. Paphos also have the best watersports in Cyprus and well worth a visit. Within the apartment there is a guest/visitor folder with a wide range of information on the many varied places to go, see and do.....Most shops are open 8am to 1pm then 4pm till late and the banks are open in mornings only till 1pm. The old market area of Paphos Town is 20 minute walk away and open every day. |

Deposit for each unit is £50/week booked.
Note: Cost is dependent on the month and the number of people staying.
As a guide the above is the total cost for 2 people.
For each additional person add £32 per week
i.e. 1 week for 4 people in a 1 bedroom unit in September = £317 in total
For bookings of 4 weeks or more a discount of 10% applies to all dates.
Change over day is flexible to suit you, best flights and fit with current bookings. |

Cancellation policy
With the two payment methods listed above the following cancellation policies apply
Non Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for in full upon booking, should you however have to cancel Global Getaways will re-advertise the accommodation and if we can re-sell the accommodation booked we will return 50% of all monies paid.
Fully Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for on our company credit card upon your arrival at the complex, should you however have to cancel all monies paid will be returned up to seven days prior to your arrival date – unfortunately cancellation within the seven days prior to arrival cannot be refunded.
