Other than the bedrooms and the lounge in this villa there is an additional room where you can go to sit, or lay down away from the family if needs be, just to relax and grab that extra portion of quiet time when required.

Kitchen:

When you are in this Disney holiday home and you need to prepare food rather than eat out, then the Fully Equipped Kitchen which includes a Cooker, Microwave oven, Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker, etc, etc, plus of course a Dishwasher, will help make the task that much easier.

A separate Washer and Dryer are provided for when you need to do your Laundry, plus extras like a Hairdryer, Iron, Portable Cot, etc are also provided with our intention to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible while staying at our lovely Sunset Palms Disney Holiday Villa.

Outside:

The Pool of this Orlando rental home is Private, South Facing and Heated and is complete with comfortable pool furniture for you to enjoy those relaxing hot sunny days just lounging around. The pool furniture includes Loungers, Chairs, Sun Umbrella, etc, and the pool has a 'Safety Netted Area' to keep the children safely away from the waters edge.

If you wish to eat out there are 2 Chinese restaurants, a Pizza restaurant, a Perkins restaurant and an English Pub that serves great food (inc Sunday Lunch all day every day) plus other restaurants, local shops and a brand new Shopping Mall, are all only a 5 minute walk away from this Orlando villa rental home, all serving this and other Florida rental homes in this very popular Disney holiday area. Other than these local shops and restaurants, a 24 hour Wal-Mart Super Centre and a Publix Supermarket are only a Short Drive away. A much more extensive selection of restaurants for every taste and far more extensive shopping areas are within very easy reach.

"Sunset Palms" is a lovely private villa rental property in a Great Location for all the Disney Theme Parks and Orlando Attractions including Universal Studios and countless malls and discount stores. Slightly further away is Busch Gardens Animal and Adventure Park whilst the Florida Beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre can be reached on a lovely day out.

For Golf lovers, what better on your Orlando Florida Holiday than the numerous championship golf courses locally.
These include the exceptional Champions Gate course designed by Greg Norman, the award-winning Southern Dunes course plus Highlands Reserve & Ridgewood Lakes courses which are all located within a few minutes drive.
These courses offer 72 holes of golf and are regarded as some of the best in the country.

The minimum rental period for this Sunset Palms Villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us in writing
Any stay of 7 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of £65
No cleaning fee is payable for 8 nights or more

- Extra days can be added pro-rata. Please check with us as we often run special offers During the winter months of October to May we strongly recommend that you purchase pool heat at the daily rate of £11

Booking Notes:

Deposit: A none refundable deposit will be required upon booking

Balance: The remaining balance of you holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to departure at which point a fully refundable security bond may be requested.

Cancellation policy
With the two payment methods listed above the following cancellation policies apply

Non Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for in full upon booking, should you however have to cancel Global Getaways will re-advertise the accommodation and if we can re-sell the accommodation booked we will return 50% of all monies paid.

Fully Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for on our company credit card upon your arrival at the complex, should you however have to cancel all monies paid will be returned up to seven days prior to your arrival date – unfortunately cancellation within the seven days prior to arrival cannot be refunded.
