A comfortable One Bedroom apartment located on a quite complex suitable for a couple or a small family, the apartment has sea and pool views from the balcony and has the added advantage of a splendid panoramic roof terrace.

Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table with lamp and ceiling fan with window to side elevation of apartment. Ample wardrobe space.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom with white suite and contrasting wall tiles, bath with shower over, toilet and sink plus vanity mirror
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces, four ring digital ceramic hob and full oven, pine units and fridge freezer
Living Room:
Lounge with 19" TV, DVD player and CD/radio, three seater settee which can be converted into a comfortable double bed plus two seater settee which also may be converted into a comfortable single bed. Patio doors leading to spacious balcony.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service:
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and towels and linen are changed weekly

Notes on Accommodation:
The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure unless otherwise pre-arranged with the owners; this is to assist our cleaners to clean the apartment ready for the next guests. Check in time for new guests is 2pm.

Deposit: A none refundable deposit will be required upon booking
