Bathrooms:
The bathroom has a shower over the bath with WC, sink and bidet. There is a hairdryer and illuminated mirror. Storage shelves are available.
Kitchen:
The American style kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. All necessary cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is provided. Marble breakfast bar with 4 stools.
Utility Room:
Ironing board, iron, clothes airer (on balcony). Mop bucket and cleaning materials provided. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Living Rooms:
The living room is bright and spacious with patio doors leading to the balcony. Contains 1 arm chair, sofa that converts to 2 single beds, 2 storage units, TV (with satellite TV), DVD player and ceiling fan.
Other:
2 door wardrobes in entrance hall contains safe. Balcony has table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels (2 bath and 1 hand per person) and bed linen included. Changed weekly. Can be changed more frequently for a small extra charge. |

| Malibu Park is a well maintained complex with 24 hour reception, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. There are 2 communal pools (one for children) with free sun loungers and a children's play area with swings etc. There is internet access, a laundry room, luggage room and changing facilities. There are lifts to all floors and down to street level. |

| The apartment is on the ground level. The same level as the swimming pools and reception. There are apartments beneath and lifts down to street level. There are 2 steps leading from the communal area to the apartment entrance. |

| Well kept, beautifully planted communal areas with 2 shared pools and children's play area. Balcony has sea views with day long sun. Table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers with cushions. |

| There are many beaches within walking distance. Playa de Las Americas, Torviscas and Fanabe (20 mins), Puerto Colon (15 mins). Water sports, boat trips and dolphin viewing trips are all available from the Marina at Puerto Colon. Pedalos, banana boats and jet skis are available from the beaches. There is a long seafront promenade that stretches from Playa del Duque to Los Christianos. |

| The complex is a 15-20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is recommended to see the island but not essential. Taxis from the airport are approx 25-30 euros depending on party size and luggage and 3-5 euros to Torviscas. Local bus services are good and there are many organized bus trips available to see the island. |

| Tenerife is known as the 'land of the eternal spring' and has year round sun shine. Malibu Park is situated within easy walking distance of all amenities. There are many shops, restaurants bars and supermarkets nearby. The Aqua Park is across the road and as well have having many water rides it also boasts an excellent dolphin show. |

| Balance: The remaining balance of you holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to departure at which point a fully refundable security bond may be requested. |

Cancellation policy
With the two payment methods listed above the following cancellation policies apply
Non Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for in full upon booking, should you however have to cancel Global Getaways will re-advertise the accommodation and if we can re-sell the accommodation booked we will return 50% of all monies paid.
Fully Refundable
If you book via this method your accommodation is paid for on our company credit card upon your arrival at the complex, should you however have to cancel all monies paid will be returned up to seven days prior to your arrival date – unfortunately cancellation within the seven days prior to arrival cannot be refunded.
